The Swiss Consul Prize for French IIIA

Whereas the Consul General of Switzerland, in consonance with the unique linguistic situation of that country, has undertaken to provide annual book prizes in French Studies and German Studies, the following rules are made:

1. The prize shall be called The Swiss Consul Prize for French IIIA.
2. The prize shall be a book provided by the Swiss Consul.
3. The prize shall be awarded annually to student with the best overall result in French IIIA.
4. If, in any particular year, the examiner/s consider that no candidate is suitable for the prize, then no award shall be made
5. If, in any particular year, the examiners deem that two or more candidates are of equal merit, a prize shall be awarded to each winner.
6. These rules may be varied from time to time but the title and general purpose of the prize shall not be changed.
